These illustrate past photographic work I have done in marketing listings on Maui, prior to moving to Yamhill County, Oregon.

The architectural photos contained in this slide show are of residential properties on Maui.  They are of unique designs and custom architecture, built by skilled craftsmen known for their attention to every detail in the "luxury" end of the Maui resort real estate market.  The value of these homes ranged from $1.3 million to over $5.0 million. What drew me to photograph these was the uniqueness and wealth of detailed workmanship.  I find great pleasure in architectural photography, presenting high quality photographic images, not overly embellished, true in perspective and naked eye honesty.  What the lens and photographer can not replicate, skill using digital editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop© can. Skill as a photographer and at using these tools is what sets me apart in the business of listing and selling real estate.  I am probably the only real estate agent in Yamhill County, Oregon that has added web site design and development to their skills to present a client with a complete 21st century real estate marketing solutions.
